You do not need a reason to make art. You do not need to sell it, post it, or prove it was worth your time. The act of creating is enough — it has always been enough.
Somewhere along the way, most of us picked up the belief that creativity needed to justify itself. That making things was only acceptable if it produced income, or built an audience, or at minimum resulted in something someone else would call beautiful. That belief is a lie and it has stolen more hours from more women than I can count.
Spirit and Stardust exists in part to dismantle that lie. To say clearly: you are allowed to make art just because you love it. That is the whole reason. That is enough.
